Cancellation Policy

No-Show: A no-show occurs when a student fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice or cancels within 24 hours of the session's start time. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fee: Students who cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee. The late cancellation/no-show fee is $20. This fee is charged to compensate our tutors for their time and to cover any lost opportunities for booking the session with another student. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling: Students who need to reschedule a session with more than 24 hours' notice may do so without incurring any additional fees. Please contact us to arrange a new session time.
